Fifth & Thames was founded on journeys. When a last minute trip into London by Tiana culminated into crossing paths with a charming British gentleman, what resulted was a series of journeys. A year long NYC – London long-distance relationship. 15-flights. 6 countries. And endless miles walked together.
A cornerstone of all these journeys have been endless journeys wandering aisles of books in cities of dreamy spires and Georgian elegance. Nights over video calls reading from the same book across miles.
Fifth & Thames was born out of a desire to share our love and journey’s with the world.

Tiana – Founder & Curator – A born and raised New Yorker – the Fifth of Fifth & Thames- who likes to spend way too much time creating things. Tiana is responsible for the creation of all the handmade products you see here (and the business side of things). When she is not curating your next read or crafting, she is doting on her two cats, writing, or planning her next adventure.
Aaron – Head of Marketing, Blogging & Supporting – A native Londoner – the Thames in Fifth & Thames- and chronic supporter of football’s worst teams (whether that’s football or American Football (#Tottenham #NYGiants)). A journalist at heart (and by degrees) and a marketing aficionado by trade, Tiana’s boyfriend by “choice” – he is a full time supporter of Fifth & Thames. When he is not listening to Tiana’s rants and ideas, he’s playing Football Manager, going on walks and trying to convince Tiana to commit to the UK.
Porsche- a staunch mommy’s girl and certified yapper. She loves sunbathing while reaping the benefits of her parents hard work.
